The Goldmund Quartet perform on a set of Stradivarius instruments once owned by the 19th century violin virtuoso Niccolo Paganini. They will be joined by pianist Wendy Chen for a performance of the piano quintet by Amy Beach. The program also includes a quartet by Schubert and a quartet by Mieczyslaw Weinberg, a 20th century Polish-Russian composer. A pre-concert talk with the musicians begins at 6:45 pm.
